This policy establishes requirements for marketing materials promoting Walbi products regardless of who posts them, and the way they are placed on the internet.

In this document persons/companies promoting Walbi products contractually are hereinafter referred to as "Partners" (individuals or legal entities). LIVINGTONE OVERSEAS INC. is hereinafter referred to as the "Company".

General Rules

1. All promo materials must promote only services and products provided by the Company.

2. All advertising materials promoting the branded mobile applications and Walbi web pages hosted under the domain name walbi.com must be truthful and clear. The principle "sincere and honestly" implies a balance in the presentation of the Company`s products. Users should know not only about the benefits but also about the risks when using the products presented, in particular about the risks of a partial or total loss of invested capital. All promotional materials must imply that earnings depend on many factors including a user`s knowledge and experience.

3. Promotional materials that mention a percentage of profitability must contain a footnote such as "successful trade adds a profit of 92% to the invested funds", marked with a footnote symbol (an asterisk) next to the percentage figure in the material itself.

4. Here is the list of what must not be mentioned or shown in any promo materials:

  • 4.1. Features that the Walbi products do not have, and services that the Company does not provide;
  • 4.2. Alive or dead celebrities and public figures (actors, artists, athletes, footballers, monarchs and royal family members, parliamentarians, politicians, civil servants, etc.) without explicit permissions;
  • 4.3. War, political, social, racial conflicts, political processes (e.g. elections);
  • 4.4. Any form of violence including physical, psychological, hidden violence, and other forms of violence;
  • 4.5. Any illegal activities that are prohibited by the laws of any of the countries where Walbi is promoted;
  • 4.6. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or age;
  • 4.7. Religious figures of any religion such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, priests, monks, rabbis, etc;
  • 4.8. Any religious signs, symbols, pictographs;
  • 4.9. Adult, erotic, sexual content;
  • 4.10. Underwear or people wearing underwear only (in an erotic or sexual context); This rule applies to the promo materials targeted at the audience from the countries with a predominance of Muslims or Hindus, as well as to ads that promote web pages hosted on the walbi.com domain name, which uses the Company logo, and the mobile apps that have the Company name and logo.
  • 4.11. Weapons, armed people, or smoking;
  • 4.12. Alcoholic beverages and the context of drinking them;
  • 4.13. Minors or the disabled;
  • 4.14. The poor, the declassed – alone or in comparison with the benefits that they might get trading on Walbi;
  • 4.15. Any food to present Walbi as a food source;
  • 4.16. Any promises of living a luxurious life after trading on Walbi;
  • 4.17. Guarantees or any promises of profit;
  • 4.18. The use of the words “win-win”, “100% winning”, etc. in the description of trading strategies;
  • 4.19. Specific income indicators in any currency like "earn $10,000 per day, €500 in an hour, 100 rubles in a minute”, etc.: It is allowed to specify the profit yield in promo materials using the wording “Up to” (e.g. “make up to €500 in a week”).
  • 4.20. Promises of getting a specific profit (like “make 110% profit”); However, it is allowed to use messages like “you can make a profit of up to 100%, but there is a risk of losing your capital”
  • 4.21. Calls to continue trading on the platform to make up for the losing trades (“Lost your deposit? Get it back!” or “You can get your money back!”, etc.);
  • 4.22. Misleading statements that trading CFDs is a low-risk investment, except when speaking about demo accounts;
  • 4.23. Such statements as “everybody makes money”, “it’s easy/exciting to make money by trading", etc;
  • 4.24. Such calls as “win/make money”, “work from home”, “get income”, and others with the meaning of making money, especially in the context of suggesting trading instead of having a steady job;
  • 4.25. Calls to quit one’s job or any hint of the idea that trading on Walbi without training and experience can be a food source;
  • 4.26. Calls for success, lifestyle changes, financial freedom, or any other unreasonable user benefits;
  • 4.27. Money (banknotes and coins) received as a result of trading on Walbi; However, it is allowed to use money in ads as an investment asset.This rule applies to promo materials that promote web pages hosted on the walbi.com domain name, ads that mention the brand and have the Company logo, and mobile apps that have the Company name and logo
  • 4.28. Children and motherhood with a meaning that Walbi can be a source of securing the future of children;
  • 4.29. Trading on Walbi as a source of funds for treatment and maintaining health;
  • 4.30. Promotional materials can contain word combinations such as the “online trading platform” (“platform for online trading”) or Walbi to describe the platform;

5. One should not use absolute and superlative adjectives like “the easiest”, “the most profitable”, and similar word combinations. This rule applies to promo materials that emphasize the quality of Walbi assets and tools. At the same time, absolute adjectives can be used to emphasize the positive qualities of the broker and its products;

6. Promo materials must not infringe intellectual or any other property rights of any third party.

7. All images used in promo materials must be legal and not violate people's privacy rights; The rights to use images and photographs of people must be purchased legally. Promo materials must be made legally without infringement of any person's rights.

8. It is prohibited to mention names, images, and symbols of other brands in some negative context when promoting Walbi. It is also prohibited to compare Walbi with its competitors or put

9. Partners providing trading signals and/or investment strategies may not design their website/channel/group/social network page and/or mobile application according to the Walbi Brand Style Guide.

10. When clicking the Partner's promo link to register a user account on Walbi, a customer must get familiar with the risk disclaimer, which can be found here: https://www.walbi.com/en/terms. This link must be placed in the registration form and the user must explicitly show his/her consent to this information to complete the registration.

11. Partners must not pretend to be Walbi employees when communicating with users.

12. If a Partner offers the Walbi users some trading strategies (including instructions for opening and/or closing trades on any trading asset/instrument), they should additionally inform them that the users are solely responsible for any trading decisions they make.

13. Partners who offer trading strategies to Walbi users (including instructions for opening and/or closing trades on any trading asset/instrument) must explicitly inform the user that the use of the suggested strategy and/or trading signals does not guarantee profits.

14. Partners must not use any tactics, which prompts the user to invest more funds than they are ready to lose. It is prohibited to encourage users to borrow money or get loans in order to continue trading.

15. Partners and their employees must not access any user authorization data (logins and passwords) or authorize user accounts on the Walbi platform in order to trade on behalf of users.

16. Partners must not motivate existing active users to register new accounts using the affiliate link they provide.Active users are those who performed any action (including account registration, authorization, making a deposit, opening/closing trades, opening/closing trades on a demo account, verification, etc.) on the Walbi platform during the last 60 calendar days.

17. Partners must make it clear to users that they are not official Company representatives. Also, the advertising sites and tools they use are those of the Walbi Partner, not the official Company representative.

18. When promoting any Walbi products, Partners can only attract users to pre-approved pre-landing pages and branded landings using approved links to app stores. Approval must be confirmed via an email sent by a Company representative and/or the Policy team. It is prohibited to develop or promote applications with a name or logo that resembles those of Walbi, even if misspelled.

19. It is prohibited to use any kind of spam to attract users.

20.Partners must only refer to or promise the bonuses that are available to Walbi users at the time of publication.When creating bonus-related promo materials, Partners are obliged to independently monitor the bonus terms and benefits on the Affiliate Program website or ask the Company representatives about bonus updates.Promo materials that provide information about bonuses, which are no longer available to Walbi users, should be quickly removed from advertising sites without instructions or reminders from the Company representatives.

21. It is strictly prohibited to offer customers any kind of reward for registration via an affiliate link without the Company and/or Policy team member’s permission.

22. It is prohibited to register Walbi users via an affiliate link from a single IP address without the consent of the Company. Partners may get it via email from a Company representative or the Policy team.

23. Partners may not attract users from countries where Walbi does not operate or carry out any marketing activities in these blacklisted regions. The exhaustive list of countries where Walbi does not provide its services are provided in the Service Agreement: https://www.walbi.com/en/terms.

24. Partners must not promote the Company products through context advertising for the Walbi with misspellings. The negative keywords should be excluded from the affiliate campaign targeting (the list of negative keywords can be found in Appendix A, "Negative Keywords" section).

Special Rules

1.Websites, Blogs, Landing Pages, and Mobile Applications.

  • 1.1. Partners must make it clear to visitors that their website/blog is not the official Walbi website. They should indicate it on the main page in no smaller font than that of the main page.The name and description of the application in the app store must clearly identify it as unofficial.
  • 1.2. Partners must not implement the function of user registration on the Walbi platform via an unofficial mobile application owned by Partners.

2. Social Networks

  • 2.1. Partners can only repost official publications from the official pages/groups/communities of the Company.
  • 2.2. It is prohibited to use the word "official" and any related words in the title of the Partner pages/groups/communities. Partners should make it clear to visitors that this is the Walbi unofficial website/group/community.
  • 2.3. It is strictly prohibited to imitate the work of the Company technical and client support specialists.

3. The Walbi Partner Social Media Profiles

  • 3.1. Photos and publications of unacceptable content referred to in Paragraph 1.7 cannot be posted in the Partner’s social media profiles.
  • 3.2. In the 'About Me' section of the account on social media, Partners must talk about their activities as an Walbi Partner and offer services to users.
  • 3.3. Partners should follow offline events organized by Walbi in various regions. They may repost announcements of these events and use photos taken there, mentioning authorship using the phrase "Posted with permission from Walbi" in the description.
  • 3.4. When posting to a blog, website, or social media, Partners must consider the specifics of their target regions and not use photos or other content that does not comply with Paragraph 4 of the Appendix to “General Rules” of this document.
  • 3.5. There must not be any political or religion-related content on the blog or social media pages of Partners.

Placement Rules

1. All advertising websites must be pre-approved by the Company/Policy team. No promo materials can be published on social media (Facebook, VK, Twitter, etc.) without written permission given by the Company.

2. It is prohibited to promote the Walbi products on websites and pages that only offer trading signals, social trading, copy trading, auto trading, robots, investment advice, or portfolio management services and promoting Walbi products only.

3. Promo materials must not be published on websites or mobile applications containing the following content:

  • 3.1. Religious.
  • 3.2. Political.
  • 3.3. Content that may provoke/initiate or is considered to be provoking/initiating violence, crime, racial or ethnic hatred.
  • 3.4. Advertising or selling weapons.
  • 3.5. Content related to drugs, tobacco, or alcohol, including pharmaceutical or prescription drugs.
  • 3.6. Targeting children.
  • 3.7. Content blacklisted by the Company, which is regularly reported to Partners.

4. Facebook Placement.

  • 4.1. Promo materials used by Partners to advertise Walbi products must be provided and/or approved by authorized Company employees.
  • 4.2. The use of hashtags is prohibited in affiliate advertising activities aimed at promoting the Walbi brand and products on Facebook and Instagram.
  • 4.3. All advertising promoting Walbi on Facebook resources should target the 18+ audience (Facebook Policy Section).
  • 4.4. Partners’ promo materials must not contain profanity, lexical, grammatical, or spelling mistakes. (Facebook Policy Section).
  • 4.5. No Partner promo materials can contain before/after using the Walbi products lifestyle comparison (Facebook Policy Section).

5. Google and Its Search Partners Placement (search ads, display ads, YouTube).

  • 5.1. Partners’ materials for promoting Walbi through Google advertising tools must be provided and/or approved by authorized Company employees.
  • 5.2. The use of brand-related misspelled keywords (wallbi, wolbi,, etc.), as well as any misspelled names, is prohibited in contextual advertising. You can find the list of negative keywords in the "Negative Keywords" section of Appendix A.
  • 5.3. No Partner may direct users from Google advertising platforms to landing pages or main product pages without explicit permission received via email from a Company representative and/or Policy team.
  • 5.4. The list of keywords that cannot be used in advertising can be found the list of negative keywords in the "Negative Keywords" section of Appendix A.
  • 5.5. It is prohibited to mention/show in promo materials (ad texts/banners/video/landing pages): Currency pairs as a trading asset;
    Trade duration;
    “Up/Down” buttons;
    Profit yield on a trade;
    such phrases as “your forecast was correct”;
    Guaranteed profit and income;
    Trading charts;
    Stop Loss, Take Profit, and other trading orders.

6. Placement in Local Search Engines: CocCoc, Apple Search, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, Yandex.

  • 6.1. The use of brand-related misspelled keywords (wolbi, wallbe. walbe, etc.), as well as any other misspelled names, is prohibited in contextual advertising. You can find the list of negative keywords in the "Negative Keywords" section of Appendix A.

Geo-specific rules

1. India

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 1.1. The caste system and overpopulation problems in India.
  • 1.2. Obsolete or outdated Indian banknotes.
  • 1.3. Images of Hindu gods and goddesses.
  • 1.4. Sticking out of the tongue gesture as it has a negative meaning in the local culture.
  • 1.5. Any materials related to Pakistan.
  • 1.6. Any images of meat, since the representatives of most religions in India are vegetarians. If you want to use images of food in advertising, it is best to use Indian spices or sweets. This way, representatives of all religions will be satisfied.

2. Thailand

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 2.1. Coins and banknotes with images of the current or past kings of Thailand.
  • 2.2. Obsolete or outdated Thai banknotes.
  • 2.3. Legs in any context.
  • 2.4. Finger/fingers pointing gesture. In any promo material, a person’s palms should be faced down with all fingers extended.
  • 2.5. The fig (Figo) gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 2.6. Success stories of people who made significant amounts of money and/or got rich quickly. The Thai audience is quite familiar and even tired of this approach as it has been used by many companies.
  • 2.7. Materials related to the King of Thailand and the ruling dynasty.
  • 2.8. Materials targeted against the LGBT community and its representatives.

3. Indonesia

  • 3.1. It is prohibited to show/mention Western (European) religious and cultural values (e.g. tolerance, homosexuality, gender equality) in any promo material.
  • 3.2. Direct or indirect comparison of Western (European) values with the Eastern (Asian) values is also prohibited.
  • 3.3. No demonstration of left-handed actions is allowed for use in promo materials. The use of one’s left hand for any action has a strong negative religious connotation in Muslim countries.
  • 3.4. It is prohibited to use anything that is considered haram in Islam as promotional material.

4. Malaysia

  • 4.1. Promo materials should not contain any separation or typifyng of any nation, social group, or gender in Malaysia, associate them with certain values and/or origin.
  • 4.2. It is prohibited to use abbreviations and acronyms of Malaysian words that are not widely used.
  • 4.3. It’s better to use promo materials that reflect the Malaysian culture, identity, and the multiracial nature of Malaysia’s population.
  • 4.4. It is prohibited to show/mention Western (European) religious and cultural values (e.g. tolerance, homosexuality, gender equality) in any promo material.
  • 4.5. It is prohibited to use anything that is considered haram in Islam as promotional material.

5. Columbia

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 5.1. National symbols of Colombia.
  • 5.2. Content that contains or incites expressions of violence, cruelty, anxiety, fear, or superstition.
  • 5.3. The OK gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 5.4. The horned hand (rock ON!) gesture.
  • 5.5. Sticking out of the tongue gesture as it has a negative meaning in the local culture.

6. Argentina

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 6.1. National symbols of Argentina.
  • 6.2. Content that contains or incites expressions of violence, cruelty, anxiety, fear, or superstition.
  • 6.3. The OK gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 6.4. The horned hand (rock ON!) gesture.
  • 6.5. Sticking out of the tongue gesture as it has a negative meaning in the local culture.

7. Brazil

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 7.1. The OK gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 7.2. Sticking out of the tongue gesture as it has a negative meaning in the local culture.
  • 7.3. Materials related to the LGBT community.

8. Vietnam

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 8.1. Vietnamese national symbols.
  • 8.2. Chairman Ho Chi Minh.
  • 8.3. Crossed fingers gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 8.4. Finger summoning gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 8.5. A gesture with the index finger pointed towards another person.
  • 8.6.Images of food made from dog meat and how it is being consumed.

9. Turkey

It is prohibited to show and/or mention:

  • 9.1. Muslim religious symbols and Muslim religious rituals.
  • 9.2. A Turkish family in any disrespectful light.
  • 9.3. The OK gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 9.4. The fig (Figo) gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 9.5. No pictures of the left hand or demonstrations of left-handed actions are allowed for use in promo materials. The use of one’s left hand for any action has a strong negative religious connotation in Muslim countries.
  • 9.6. Turkey's fight against Armenia, the Kurdish question, Syrian refugees, the division of Cyprus between Greece and Turkey.
  • 9.7. Turkish political and public figures.
  • 9.8. Football in a negative light.

10. Egypt, The United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia

  • 10.1. It is prohibited to use the OK gesture as it has a negative meaning in the country’s culture.
  • 10.2. No demonstration of left-handed actions is allowed for use in promo materials. The use of one’s left hand for any action has a strong negative religious connotation in Muslim countries.

Content Check, Fines for Policy Violations

The Company has the right to impose penalties on the Partners who violate any provision of this document when promoting Walbi products.
